C-Sick (born Charles Dumazer) is a French African American hip hop producer from Chicago, Illinois. He participated in the Red Bull Big Tune Beat Battle in 2008 and took the crown with his mix of classic Chicago chipmunk soul and harder-hitting NYC-inspired beats. C-Sick had the chance to move on to the National Finals in New York on December 3rd, 2008. A capacity crowd of over 800 fans packed the Highline Ballroom and were treated to fierce competition between regional Red Bull Big Tune winners from Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia, Houston, Oakland and Washington D.C..Red Bull Big Tune National Finals brought legendary Hip Hop acts Ghostface Killah, Alchemist and the recently reunited Digable Planets together on one stage but it was the 17-year-old producer from the south side of Chicago named C-Sick who stole the show and earned the coveted title of 2008 Red Bull Big Tune National Champion.

C-Sick started producing at the age of 16 in his grandmother's basement with a basic music software called Fruity Loops Studio 6 Demo Version on his 8 year old Compact computer. C-Sick never learned how to use an ASR or MPC or even how to dig for vinyl.“I’m just very digital—very digital,” says the reserved producer. C-Sick worked with local MC's such as Peeda Pan and GLC.

He has been featured in multiple publications, such as Scratch, The Source, XXL, and Remix.
