About Me[edit]

Hello. My name is Tom. I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and have taken a wide array of other college classes. I have worked as an accountant, auditor, computer person, and college instructor. I have many interests including foreign languages, physics, mathematics, astronomy, biology, computer science, programming, web design, writing, journalism, and politics.

I wish to remain anonymous at the moment for no special reason.

I use Wikipedia a lot and would like to get more involved and give back a little. I have just started learning the ropes. I plan to start helping with grammatical edits and other minor housekeeping chores and advance from there. I have been told that I am a pretty good writer. I am open to suggestions as to how to contribute.

Section edit button

At the top of each section of an article (if it has sections, that is), located on the far right of the screen, is an [edit] button. The button is offset slightly above the section, and sometimes new users get confused and think it belongs to the section above it. When you click on the edit button, the edit window opens up, displaying the source text from the section immediately below the edit button. Please use these whenever you can. You can set your preferences to have the section headers themselves to act like the [edit] links.
