(This is the first one of these I've done and I've tried to follow the directions. If I've messed anything up or put this in the wrong place or used an improper format, please let me know and I'll correct it immediately. Thank you!)

Over the last day or so, nearly all this user's edits have been marked "minor", yet only one (perhaps none) of the edits I reviewed met the criteria outlines at WP:MINOR. In addition, these "non-minor" changes rarely--if at all--carry Edit Summaries or include sources for the information he's changing.

Cautions and warnings have been posted on his Talk page by at least two people but he seems to either ignore them or give them lip service.

What he is changing are mostly facts and figures for companies around the world. The problem is that it's difficult, if not impossible, to ascertain whether or not his edits are accurate or destructive.

I un-did a large number of the "false-minor" edits but he's busily at work, reverting my un-do's. I'm not gonna play wheel wars with him. Will someone please take a look at some of these to see what, if anything, should be done? I'm still very concerned over the veracity of the data he's inserting into the articles.
