Yusaf "Vicotnik" Parvez is a producer/vocalist/guitarist famous within the Norwegian Black Metal scene and has prominently featured on numerous high profile black metal releases. Parvez is the leading figure of the avant black metal band DØDHEIMSGARD - a band that in the 1990's consisted of some of the most renowned black metal musicians (for example: Fenriz, Carl-Michael Eide, Aldrhan, Fenriz, Appollon). DHG made a mark in the world of black metal with the 1999 release "666 International" (Moonfog records). 666 International was an industrial black metal hybrid and revolutionary at the time of it's release. Parvez has also featured in bands such as Code, Ved Buens Ende.
