Early life and education[edit]
Swee Keng was born in Raub. He moved to Batu Gajah, at the age of one, where he grew up, attending secondary school and a sixth form. He went to study at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, and graduated as Biomedical Engineering
Career[edit]
In 2011, Swee Keng joined Insan Bakti Sdn Bhd [1]. He is gaining customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Meanwhile, he is responsible for Sales and Marketing of Healthcare Products & Medical Disposable
In 2012, Swee Keng joined Shimadzu, In-charge of Medical Imaging portfolio. Successfully installed 1st bi-plane angiography system in APAC, Location : Hospital Kuala Lumpur
In 2015, He joined Next Gene Scientific Sdn Bhd as Associate Sales Manager, an active role in training and development of Sales Team. In the same time, involved in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business. Through out the career in Next Gene Scientific Sdn Bhd, he initiated in launching a company's CRM in order to streamline the sales and marketing
In 2018, Swee Keng joined Mérieux NutriSciences as Sales Manager and promoted to Senior Sales Manager, he managed team of Sales Manager regionally in term of leadership, performance management, motivation, teamwork and coaching on an ongoing basis. in the same time, he was maintaining an effective relationship with LP business teams to provide maximum coordination and alignment on account objectives and sales goals
In 2021, Swee Keng joined Eurofins Technologies, a subsidiary of Eurofins Scientific as Senior Area Manager, taking care of ASEAN market. He is responsible for the sales activities and the development of distribution network in Southeast Asia. He act as an active role in collecting market intelligence, identifying market trends and finding new commercial opportunities with the aim of developing and executing a long term business plan
In 2022, Swee Keng joined Mun Global (a subsidiary of Hartalega) as Regional Business Manager ASEAN, responsible for developing the sales strategy for the Southeast Asia, managing resource allocation and achieving sales, profit & cost targets
