Trillionaire Gents Squad[edit]

TRILLIONAIRE GENTS SQUAD (or TGS) is an England-based Streetwear and Lifestyle brand established in 2021.The name and identity of the founder/s remain unconfirmed and the subject of constant speculation, however it is known that they had previous worked for Adidas Originals and were heavily inspired by the late Virgil Abloh.

The brand is influenced by street, hip hop, skateboarding, dance and youth culture. The brand has an easily recognisable main logo in the shape of an inverted pyramid.

Trillionaire Gents Squad releases limited collections of clothing and accessories through their online website on Thursday evenings (9PM GMT) in Europe and America and on Friday mornings in Japan and Australia.[1] It has gained popularity within the streetwear community for it's distinctiveness and limited availability. The demand for Trillionaire Gents Squad merch outweighs supply, which results in items being resold for significantly higher prices on platforms such as StockX and Depop.

Trillionaire Gents Squad has confirmed via its team, that it was established in 2021, during the Covid-19 pandemic citing major frustration at the UK Government for it's repeated lockdowns inspiring its creation. The brand is known for it's Anti-Government themes and carries powerful connotations and messages of Wisdom, Love, Freethought, Rebellion, Anarchism, Freedom and Success through their Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok social media accounts.

The name and identity of the creator or creators of the brand have yet to come forward and to this day remain anonymous and unconfirmed, giving the brand an appealing and mysterious demeanour.

The brand is well known for it's easily recognisable and unique inverted pyramid logo, once again displaying the strong anti-society and rebellious themes of going against social norms and social structure (pyramid). Trillionaire Gents Squad stickers were first seen around in Central London, in area's such as Soho, Shoreditch, Brixton & Clapham. The brand's logo has since been spotted in various locations around the world including Los Angeles, Tokyo, New York, Toronto, Sydney, Vancouver, Milan & Paris.

Clothing[edit]

Trillionaire Gents Squad has teased the launch of a first ever OG Indispensables drop via information seen through its online website. This is rumoured to serve as the brands base level entry clothing collection and is seen to be particularly extremely affordable for the younger generation who follow streetwear culture.

The OG Indispensables collection feature 4 items including the debut of the 5ide Hu5tle cap.

Blockchain Technology[edit]

Trillionaire Gents Squad declared via a Tweet on Twitter on the 1st December 2021, that they were the first streetwear brand in the world to have developed an NFT with real world utility and a real life use case, in an attempt to unite the Fashion industry with Blockchain Technology.[2] There are rumours circulating in online discussions groups that the brand currently involved in ongoing discussions with Ripple[3] (one of the largest blockchain technology companies in the world) regarding a $250 million dollar creator fund.[4]

Trillionaire Gents Squad is one of the first brands in the world to utilise Discord as means of creating an online community for it's followers and fans, enabling them to communicate with each other and to keep track of drops, announcements and hints surrounding any future collections.[5]

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)[edit]

Trillionaire Gents Squad announced a collection of 23 unique, square box inverse pyramid logo NFTs via Instagram and Twitter, which were listed for sale on OpenSea.[6]
