Ultimate Teen Challenge is a new pilot project reality television show that is produced by Awake Entertainment Alliance. The show will feature over 200 cast members in its first season. There are currently 36 cast members in the pre-show part of the competition, where the Top 18 will make the taping of the first show. The first show will be taped on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Lot 332, a night club in Downtown Toronto. The winner of the season will win a $10, 000 grand prize.

Each show will be based around a theme, however each competition task will test each teenager's tenacity and leadership, to see whether they can make it in the entertainment industry. The age eligibility for the show is from 13 to 18 years old, for aspiring male and female entertainers.

The pre-show part of the competition is based on how well each competitor networks themself as part of the competition. The top 3 contestants who sell the most tickets will compete in the finale, along with the top 3 contestants from the live show and the top 3 from the post-show.

The show was formerly known as Star Teen Preview, in its first few months of the pre-show competition.
