I am an advisor to Chancellor Kenshin. I am his eyes and ears. It is my job to deal with certain things while he deals with more important things. Chancellor Kenshin has other things to do. While it is true that I help him I do not particularly like him. I voted against him in the last Chancellor Election. He is too pacifist.
