Alexa Katherine Brown (February 21, 1998 - August 6, 2009) was a victim of childhood cancer within the Clyde cancer cluster who gained a great amount of attention in the media. Alexa was one of at least four children to die of cancer in the cluster. Her father, Warren Brown, a local politician, and her mother, Wendy Brown, were very active in funding for cancer research, with Alexa as their primary inspiration. The story of Alexa was covered in several cancer-related documentaries.
