J.H. Cohn offers auditing, cash flow analysis, payroll processing, bookkeeping, succession planning, cost segregation, and due diligence services. Cohn Consulting provides private placement, management buyouts, divestitures, actuarial valuation, risk assessment, disaster recovery planning, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions advisory, executive search and recruitment, and forensic accounting services.[1]

Cohn was founded in 1919[3] and is headquartered in Roseland, New Jersey and has additional offices in Eatontown, Lawrenceville, and Edison, New Jersey; New York City; Jericho, New York; San Diego, California; and George Town, Cayman Islands.[4] There are 160 firm partners and total personnel of over 1,500.
