Helen Rogers is an American independent film actress, writer, director, animator, and graphic artist. She is known for her roles in the feature films V/H/S, 24 Exposures, How to Be a Man, and Body, and has appeared in over two dozen independent short films. Rogers wrote, animated, and directed the film short Norma Jeane and co-directed, co-wrote, and appeared in the 2016 short, Salesmanship. She also co-wrote and starred in the 2011 short Block (Official Selection 2011 Slamdance Film Festival).

She earned her B.F.A. in Acting from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
