L'Atlas is a french street artist born in Toulouse, France, in 1978. He lives and works in Paris.
Characteristics[edit]
L'Atlas is the pseudonyme of a Parisian artist. He works mainly in urban areas, perfoming with graffiti, using tag, stencil, or poster. His artistic productions, in black and white, usually composed by straight lines or labyrinths, are inspired by formes of Islamic calligraphy. He realized a series of stencils representing compass, specially on the sidewalks of some streets of Paris, whose heart is a labyrinthine form.

In addition to his successes in the street, L'Atlas took part in many exhibitions since 2001.
