Lan Yu (《蓝宇》), also known as Beijing Gushi (北京故事) or A Story from Beijing, is a 1998 Internet novel from mainland China written pseudonymously by Beijing Comrade (Beijing Tongzhi/北京同志 in Mandarin Chinese). Set in Beijing during the first decade of reform, it tells the story of the ten-year relationship between two men, Lan Yu and Chen Handong. It is regarded by some as the first modern gay novel of mainland China; Cui Zi'en's Scarlet Lips, published a year earlier, was a Hong Kong publication.

In 2001, Hong Kong filmmaker Stanley Kwan made a movie, titled Lan Yu, based on the Internet novel. In the same year, the Internet novel was edited and published under the pseudonym Xiao He (筱禾) in traditional book form by Tohan Taiwan. This publication (ISBN 9574732657) is available only in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
