Information from the Image Archive of the ETH Library

The Image Archive of the ETH Library organised an Edit-a-thon in November 2019 [1]. The aim was to enrich all Wikipedia articles with a historical aerial photograph. We have historical aerial images of Walter Mittelholzer and Werner Friedli, which have been available on Wikimedia Commons since 2016 [2].

Now during the Corona home office we continue with the insertion of aerial images into Swiss local articles! These are mainly working students who work with us. About a dozen people have been working. We have also extended the work to Wikipedia in several languages.
