LATER CLARIFICATION: My only concern was WP:MEDCOI saying this could be seen as a blanket statement:

thereby allowing any organization to cite its own work, ignoring other rules, like ones about disclosure. Others have misinterpreted my concern as being specifically about governmental health agencies or NGOs. It was not.
