Askar Ilyasov

The actor was born on February 22, 1996 in Astana. None of his family members had anything to do with art, but Askar’s mother managed to instill a good literary taste in her son, and from early childhood he was immersed in the wonderful world of popular literary heroes.

Also Askar was very fond of sports, and enthusiastically engaged in the judo section, played football and basketball. The sporting spirit was very strong in the boy, but he never dreamed of becoming a professional athlete.

Askar "illed with theatre" thanks to the girl in love with kindergarten. She worked in a drama school and to spend as much time with her as possible, thirteen-year-old Askar also enrolled in a theater group.

To his own surprise, he really enjoyed playing on stage. The possibility of self-expression, the energy of the audience, the indescribable atmosphere of the theater - all this greatly influenced Askar, who firmly decided that he would certainly become an artist.

Student years

When choosing a university theater Ilyasov was guided by a book with the biography of Andrei Mironov. It described in great detail the period of the students of the genius actor, who was held within the walls of the famous "Pike". Askar firmly decided - he certainly should go to the Theatrical Institute. B. Schukin, who is considered one of the best theater schools in Russia.

In grade 10, the guy independently made a program for the upcoming admission. He managed to get in touch with the guys who were able to enroll in "Pike" and have already studied there. Their experience was also useful to Askar.

Arriving in Moscow, he had to undergo the most severe competitive selection, which lasted for five weeks. Ilyasov somehow managed to get through to the third round, but he was warned that, most likely, he could only be offered paid tuition.

The appearance of a young Kazakh, despite his abilities, will obviously not be a success among directors - appearance was too specific.

The young man had no opportunity to pay for his studies in Moscow, and he was morally prepared for failure. He was well aware that in the "Pike" allotted only ten budget places, each of which claims more than 600 applicants. However, to his great surprise, he saw his name on the list of the lucky ones.
