Rolf Koot (The Hague, September 11, 1958) is a Dutch film- and televisieproducer. He won the 'International Emmy Award Outstanding Drama' in 2000 with the episode "All Menschen became Brüder" from the series All Stars. In 2002 he was nominated twice for the International Emmy: again for an episode from the All Stars series and for the De Enclave, his production Lek won five Golden Calves at the Dutch Film Festival 2000, including the one for best feature film, and with Flikken Maastricht he won the Golden Televizier Ring in 2014.
