Aldís Kristín Árnadóttir, born 19 April 1980 in Reykjavik, Iceland is the daughter of Icelandic Politician, Mr Árni Sigfusson and Icelandic born Mrs Bryndis Gudmundsdottir. Her sister, Vedis Hervor Árnadóttir is a well known singer/songwriter.

Aldis became a UK educated lawyer after declining a career as a model for Elite (1996), Casting (1999) and Eskimo Models (2000) although she has done some work for retail companies in recent years. Aldis is married to ex F1 driver Ralph Firman. They married in Iceland 28th June 2008 and live in Monaco.
