History[edit]
Tytherington Rocks Ladies (2019-Present)[edit]
On 25 January 2019 Tytherington Rocks FC announced that from the 2019/20 season they would have their first ever Ladies team that would complete in the Gloucestershire County Womens Football League, Division 3. The club appointed former Bradley Stoke Manager James Eveleigh to head up their Ladies section, with James' loyal assistant Mark Butt teaming up with Eveleigh soon after.
The management duo recruited players for their first campaign in the Gloucestershire County Womens Football league via trials in April 2019 as well as using their contacts to sign a number of local footballers from higher divisions to further strengthen their side.
So far during the 2019/20 season the team has been performing incredibly well maintaining a 100% winning start to their league campaign and advancing to the Quarter Finals of both the Gordon Perrett League Cup and the GFA Womens Challenge Cup. During the 2nd round of the Gordon Perrett League Cup Tytherington Rocks beat Division 2 opposition Bristol Rovers Ladies 4-3 on penalties after the 90 minutes finished 0-0.
