User:Robert McClenon/File talk pages

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  • Comment - It appears that the originator has created multiple File Talk pages containing {{WikiProject Software}} tags by accident. The nominator is now asking to delete the File Talk pages. The accidental creation had two parts. It created a File Talk page, which, like any talk page, can have templates and discussions. It also contains the template that tags the screen shot as belonging to WikiProject Software. If the real objective is to get rid of the taggings, I suggest that the originator be asked to delete the 24 bytes that are the template tag. This will leave the null talk pages existing. They are harmless, and deleting the text is less work than deleting the File Talk pages.
