Emmanuel Morin, BA is the National Youth Director for the Scott Brison Leadership Campaign.

Before beginning work on Brison's campaign, Morin worked as a Community Relations Officer for Carleton University. He has worked as the Ontario Assistant to former Transportation Minister Jean Lapierre.

He has been heavily involved in the Young Liberals of Canada in the Ontario Wing, having served as Vice-President of Federal Affairs.

He is married to Sheryne Morcos, National Vice-President of Organization, Young Liberals of Canada
