Caucus of Development NGO Networks
The Caucus of Development NGO Networks is one of the largest non-government organization (NGO) coalitions in the Philippines. It is currently composed of six national networks and six (sub-national) regional networks representing more than 1,600 NGOs, people's cooperatives (or community based organizations) and cooperatives.
