Priscilla Agoncillo (born September 10, 1984) is The President of the first Federal Electoral United States Party, the National Cannabis Party. The President of the Board of Directors for the Cannabinoid Industry Association (CBDIA), Co-Founder of Award-Winning Original Breeders League, and International Advocate in Cannabis, Psychedelics, and Patients' Rights.

Priscilla P. Agoncillo brings a passion for advocacy and abundant experience that has benefited the legal Cannabis and Psychedelics industry at large. As a prominent business advisor serving the cannabinoid industry for over 15 years, Ms. Agoncillo has expertise in business strategy, branding, and business development with a thorough background in banking, private equity, sales, and entertainment.

As a Plant Medicine advocate, Priscilla has appeared countless times as a public speaker for Patients' Rights, Law Reform, and Cannabis & Psychedelics business insight on various newspapers, television, radio programs, and industry conferences.

In 2009, as an Alumni and Cannabis Business Professor for Oaksterdam University, Ms. Agoncillo also served as the Campaign Field Director of California Proposition 19 (2010)- the first initiative to tax and legalize cannabis for the state of California, helping pave the legal pathway for the most significant legal cannabis market in the world. In 2017, Priscilla also served the California Hemp Association in advising, conducting R&D, and developing some of the first large-scale commercial hemp farms in California.

Ms. Agoncillo is Co-Founder of Original Breeders League Inc., a multiple award-winning licensed cannabinoid breeding farm, and creator of the OBL Platform– an organization created to gather top-performing cannabinoid breeders from around the world to collaborate in comprehensive and commercially-driven cannabis and hemp breeding projects. These projects have helped develop various international companies throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, California, and the United States. Additionally, Ms. Priscilla Agoncillo is the Chief Strategy Officer for Mycosystemics Inc. - a cutting-edge biotech R&D company producing proprietary mycology technology.

Ms. Agoncillo currently serves as President of the Cannabinoid Industry Association (CBDIA), helping the organization expand internationally, and serves as an Executive Board of Directors for several companies such as Verde Leaf Group, Cannabiziac, CannTrade, and the Oklahoma Institute of Plant Molecule Medicine.

In the recent past, Ms. Agoncillo worked in the Pharmaceutical industry and led a team as Chief Business Officer for Mandara Pharma Inc., a Canada/Colombian based cannabinoid pharmaceutical company. Ms. Agoncillo formed and directed a global business strategy spanning across North America, LATAM, and Europe.

Ms. Priscilla Agoncillo intimately understands the needs and trends of the domestic and global cannabinoid and psychedelic industry. As President of the Board of CBDIA, and her participation with several companies across the Plant Medicine sector- her experience helps guide the industry to establish successful businesses in emerging markets across the globe.
