Mrs. Porter is the eccentric old woman who lives next to the Brewer mansion. Karen Brewer thinks that her real name is Morbidda Destiny and she is a witch. The reasons that Karen thinks this are inconclusive; however, Karen succeeds in scaring the babysitters on several occasions.

Mrs. Porter has a granddaughter named Druscilla Porter.

Possible reasons she might be a witch:

She dresses all in black.
She likes to garden.
Once, she called Boo-Boo a "rapscallion", and because Karen didn't know what it means, Karen assumed it was a spell.
