Hi Prodego

Alright, I updated my e-mail: [email protected]. --Eastlaw (talk) 04:13, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

Huggle minimum version

Please at least let us use huggle version 0.8.2[1]? Version 0.8.3 has less functionality and took a lot of time to load diffs, I tried. -Unpopular Opinion (talk · contribs) 04:46, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

My RFA

Alright, I accept. Let's see what happens. --Eastlaw (talk) 20:19, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

I'm in the process of filling out the first part now. Am I allowed to notify other users of this RfA, or is that considered a violation of WP:CANVASS? And where's the little template to put on user talk pages about this RfA? --Eastlaw (talk) 20:30, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

Alright, I finished the first part. Should I notify the co-nominator, User:Jerry? --Eastlaw (talk) 20:53, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks

Thank you for reverting vandalism. NSK Nikolaos S. Karastathis (talk) 08:06, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

If you would like to be notified about future unblock requests from this user, remove this template from your page. Thank you, DavidWSBot (talk) 02:22, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Unblock. (Please?)

Recently I made a somewhat controversial edit on a page using the IP 62.30.249.131 at the time I was unaware that I wasn't logged into my user account and was wondering if you would consider lifting the ban on the IP adress in question. Many thanks The Quill (talk) 17:36, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Account Creator

That's alright. I'm looking to get more involved with helping out, and so I thought that with the recent IP problems with the UK it would help. I'll keep working on other areas. Templarion (talk) 18:36, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

PROD

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from IWF censorship of Wikipedia, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Thanks

What a wonderful user! Took the time out of what I assume is his busy schedule to help me out. I hope all admins as are good as him. Thanks again Morder (talk) 20:42, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

Hi

Hello Prodego could you please reconsider article Chiranjeevi. Because India's alll news channels even the most popular news channel NDTV calls him Telugu cinema matinee idol. Please tell me why I cant use it in the introduction part? I totally agree with the "superhit" part that you told. I didnt add the part to the article. Please reconsider. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexander227 (talkcontribs) 20:27, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Merry Christmas!
Prodego/archive, here's hoping you're having a wonderful Christmas, and here's also hoping that all your family and friends are well. Lets all hope that the year coming will be a good one! If we've had disputes in the past, I hold no grudges, especially at such a time as this. If you don't know I am, I apologise, feel free to remove this from your page.
Come and say hi, I won't bite, I swear! It could even be good for me, you know - I'm feeling a little down at the moment with all of these snowmen giving me the cold shoulder :(

Arizona Sky (2008 film)

You posted on my website:

Just an outside comment: Dragonfly judged the article, correctly or incorrectly, to not meet the inclusion criteria, and deleted it. Any admin would do so if they thought the page didn't assert notability. Typically, if the deletion was borderline, the procedure would be to undelete the page and send it to AfD, where more editors could add their input and discuss the page. If it is indisputably obvious the article obviously should be deleted (which is not the case here) this would not occur. In this case, you recreated the article, which should never be done, however, in this case there was no harm done. The article is on AfD now, and its fate will be discussed m there. Prodego talk 03:18, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Where is it being placed in AfD? Someone arbitrarily deleted it again. I think that it is unfair that just because Dragonfly is an administrator with special abilities does not give him the right to simply go in and delete things and get his buddies to support it. That isn't fair. I would like to be directed to where this article has been placed. I also object to the prejudice of these editors against this type of film.--JRiverton (talk) 03:58, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
I have found it at Arizona Sky: thank you and "Jerry" for giving it an AfD. I hope that more fairminded people that have edited here longer get to make a determination. I think that all of us as editors should be given a say in how this website is to be run. Some of us like to act arbitrarily and like to set themselves up as judges as to what is notable and what is not. I am disappointed that there are those who edit here who like to delete, abridge, and bowdlerize articles to suit their opinion of what is note-worthy or not. I also do not like the disparagement of IMDb, which I thought to be a similar type of website. --JRiverton (talk) 04:04, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Why should reentry never be done if an editor feels that arbitrary and precipitate action has been taken?--JRiverton (talk) 04:16, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Thank you for your considerate explanation, and your impartiality. I will remember not to do what I did again.--JRiverton (talk) 04:38, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

IP blocks

Thanks. I think someone previously told me something like this; I don't think (offhand) that I've imposed indefinite blocks recently. (Was it a recent block by me?) I didn't know about the one month custom, though, so thanks. One question, though: When you mention that IP's are reassigned, is that what "dynamic" means? Are all IP's dynamic? Thanks again, and Happy Holidays. Nightscream (talk) 02:49, 31 December 2008 (UTC)

Happy New Year!
Hey there, Prodego/archive! Happy new Gregorian year. All the best for the new year, both towards you and your family and friends too. I know that I am the only person lonely enough to be running this thing as the new year is ushered in, but meh, what are you going to do. I like to keep my templated messages in a satisfactorily melancholy tone. ;)

Congratulations to Coren, Wizardman, Vassyana, Carcharoth, Jayvdb, Casliber, Risker, Roger Davies, Cool Hand Luke and Rlevse, who were all appointed to the Arbitration Committee after the ArbCom elections. I am sure I am but a voice of many when I say I trust the aforementioned users to improve the committee, each in their own way, as listed within their respective election statements. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to update the 2009 article, heh.

Best wishes, neuro(talk) 00:57, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

Happy New Year!

Dear Prodego,

Wishing you a happy new year, and very best wishes for 2009. Whether we were friends or not in the past year, I hope 2009 will be better for us both.

Kind regards,
