Maina Wa Ndung’u is an actor and commercial model from Nairobi, Kenya, popularly known for his role as "Ezzy " in the Mnet TV series Kina by Zamaradi productions[1].

He has also been featured in films and Tv series such as Plan B[2], 40 Sticks[3], Promises, Nganya[4], Jane and Abel, Urembo .

The film Promises won the Student Category [5] at the 2020 Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCAs)

while Plan B[6] won the Best East African movie Award at the AMVCA[7].

Early Age

Maina Wa Ndung'u developed his passion for acting during his high school years at Siakago and Kabiru Boys, where he led his school to the Kenya National Drama Festival.

started his acting career with minor roles and supporting roles in pilot projects.

He also plays basketball, rugby, football, table tennis, which he developed an interest in while in highschool.

He is a commercial model who has been featured in a variety of TV commercials, including ; the 2019 DSTV price drop campaign, Brookside Dairy Best and Safaricom.
