Grnčar ([Grnčar] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help), Albanian: Gërnçar) is a settlement in the municipality of Plav in northern Montenegro.[1]
The settlement is divided by the Grnčar river, forming Lijevi Grnčar and Desni Grnčar.

Lijevi Grnčar[edit]
Lijevi Grnčar is divided into four hamlets: Bojovići, Derviševići, Radončići and Toskići.
Desni Grnčar[edit]
Desni Grnčar is divided into nine hamlets: Balići, Bucelj, Damjanovići, Derviševići, Godilja, Karaula škola, Lazi Mrkulića, Lazi Šujkovića and Omeragići.
