John Abernathy
[edit]John T. Abernathy (Born 1964 Minneapolis,Minnesota) is an American photographer that works in commercial, architectural and editorial photography.
John's work is prolific and varied with subjects ranging from childrens heart surgery[1] to multi billion dollar buildings. In his architectural work he has photographed Ralph Rapson and Frank Lloyd Wright homes in addition to modern American hotels and upscale restaurants. His work is seen regularly in magazine articles and ads.
In 2007 he produced a series of B+W images called 'About Face' which explores the beauty of the individual face. It has been recognized in December 2008 by the photography industry's leading news magazine Photo District News[[2]]. In 2008 he became a contributor to Redux Pictures[3].
