Charles E Milander[1] is an Information Technology[2] and Social[3] Media Strategy expert. He designs and manages Software Architecture, Internet Technologies, Network marketing, & Product Development. He has been a Contributing Correspondent for CNN Expansion Mercado, and Newspaper Listin Diario, TV Producer, Anchor, and host for Univision Radio, Telemundo47[4], Color Vision and others. Charles Milander has been a Social Media[11] Strategist, Software Engineer in Networking Internet Technology. He has worked on several government projects.[12][13] Milander's work mainly comprises of E-Marketing, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Software Management, Relationship Building, Training & Development, Performance Management and Databases.[14]
In 2014, Charles Milander appeared on Telemundo47 as a technology expert[15] and a Consultant & Social Media Strategist for Web based Products, Business Analytics, Portals, Web Services, Project Management, Project Development, Application.[16] servers, E-Business, E-Marketing.[17]
From 2001 to 2014, he worked as an IT Senior consultant as well as managed Information Technology[18] operations consulting several companies that provided a range of products and services to international and domestic markets and groups. As a part of overseeing Web Development, Software Media Strategies, Social[19] Media Management, Network Engineering, Multimedia, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Production Operations. Milander's job was to ensure effective management by managing development groups for internal development systems, back end office automation and Internet Technologies.[20]
It was Charles E Milander's advice to implement a technological system for the ‘life of the athletes’, records, statistics, ranking, and social[21] media in The Association of the National Olympic Committees (ANOC) within few countries with it’s president Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah (Kuwait). He also served as the IT Senior Consultant for the implementation of an Athlete System for the Dominican Republic Olympic Committee and 32 Sports Federations. In addition to Designing and Standardizing to facilitate new and upgraded architecture for web portals to guarantee redundancy and load balancing aiming to increase uptime from 95% to 99.99%.
Charles Milander served as the Director of Technology and as a Professor from 2002-2004 where he analyzed and designed new servers and storage systems maintain WAN Networks utilizing HP-Compaq, IBM, and Dell Servers. Optimize LAN using performance reports and monitoring applications[22] in 24x7 environments. Monitor document many network devices. Manage backups for 1 terabyte of data. Implement TCP/IP core networking services using Windows Servers, DHCP, WINS, and DNS. Support remote locations with PC Anywhere, Remote Desktop, and Internet VPN.
Milander later developed the school technological curriculum to target a high technical standard and up to date technology[23] for better teaching results.
From 1999 to 2004, Charles Milander also worked as a notable network admin providing and managing onsite engineering and technical support to network systems and web development. He designed the plan to backup over 300 terabyte of data, established and support Internet[24] connectivity for more than 10,000 end users through Microsoft proxy server, analyzed and troubleshooted HP print server. His work during this also included support for frequently used database to document technical resolutions. Charles Milander has also been cited for his expertise in Microsoft Certified Applications (MCAD),[25] Developer 2004 ID#1964823 along with other certifications and achievement.
