Greenway Health is a health information technology company headquartered in Carrollton, Georgia that provides electronic health records software to medical practices, pharmacies, and community health centers. Medical specialties include primary care/family practice, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology, and orthopedics.[1] Additional products include revenue cycle management, transaction services, practice analytics, among others. The company was founded in 1998 as Greenway Medical Technologies[2] and filed for an IPO on February 2, 2012. Prior to being acquired by Vista Equity Partners in November of 2013, Greenway's stock was publicly traded on the NYSE under ticker symbol GWAY. [3] After the acquisition, Vista Equity Partners combined Vitera Healthcare Solutions, SuccessEHS and Greenway Medical Technologies to form Greenway Health.
The company sells software and services and has regional offices in several major cities in the United States including Atlanta, Tampa, and Birmingham among others.[4]
