Peter Millican is Fellow and Tutor in Philosophy at Hertford College, Oxford University. His recent research has focused mainly on David Hume (for which see www.davidhume.org). Before moving to Oxford in 2005, he spent 20 years at the University of Leeds, working in both Philosophy and Computing and developing links between the two (for which see www.philocomp.net).
