Bernard Francis Diaz Dumayag was born on August 20, 1987 at the small town of Maria Aurora, Aurora Province. He is the eldest son of Dr. & Mr. Lolita & Ceasar Dumayag. His name was taken from his maternal and paternal grandfather. Originally, Bernard is descended from Bernardino who is from maternal grandfather and Francisco is from paternal grandfather. He comes from a well- known clan, ‘’Diaz’’. The clan is known in the field of politics, medicine, etc. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pines City Colleges. He continued his studies at Aurora State College of Technology with a Masters in Management major in Public Management. He also took units in the Professional Education Course major in Biological Science.

He joined CMN- Spirit FM Baler (local TV and Radio) from 2015 to 2017 as an announcer and voice talent. He also became a Public Administration professor and course coordinator at the Lyceum of the East- Aurora at the same time he is a waste advocate supervisor at Camp John Hay Baguio City. He is currently working in Vietnam at Goldstar TESOL Academy as Educational Manager and ESL teacher.
