The company was founded in 2009 by Dr. Calvin Knowlton and it is the tenth business that he has started.TRHC is differentiated by its use of advanced trained pharmacology experts, pharmacogenomics consultants and pharmacy technicians working to optimize medication safety by developing new Medication Risk Mitigation™ digital solutions and novel medication decision support tools. CareKinesis is the first national PACE-centric, medication management and distribution pharmacy that focuses on reducing medication-related risk while enhancing economic, clinical, and humanistic outcomes. CareKinesis works with a lot of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers that help elderly patients on a lot of different medications. CareKinesis is a part of parent company Tabula Rasa HealthCare and is located in Moorestown, New Jersey. [3]. CareKinesis has won many different awards over the past years as they have grown as a company. Some of these include the 2015 Health Innovator company of the year, One of Philly.com's Top Workplaces of 2018, Founder Dr. Calvin Knowlton was awarded the Technology CEO of they year away from Philadelphia Alliance for Capital & Technologies in 2016, and many more. Capstone Performance Systems[edit]

Capstone Performance Systems was founded in 2005 and provides medicare risk adjustment services to its clients. In 2014 Capstone joined the Tabula Rasa HealthCare family after being acquired by TRHC.[5] Capstone works with many different healthcare organizations to provide medication risk adjustment services.

CareVentions[edit]

CareVentions is another part of the Tabula Rasa HealthCare company family. CareVentions works to help healthcare organizations decrease hospital admission and readmission rates through medication history review and medication management services. They also offer their innovative program NiaRx to pharmacy schools to facilitate the cognitive practice of pharmacy. [6]

MedWise[edit]

Uses medication Risk Management technology to help pharmacists and physicians to manage and improve medication outcomes for their patients. [9]. MedWise can be integrated with a variety of e-prescribing modules, EHRs, pharmacy management systems, clinical systems, case management platforms and other clinical databases. MyMedWise[edit]

MyMedWise is the consumer based version of Tabula Rasa HealthCare's medication safety technology. It helps to give patients help and guidelines on taking and using their medications and can provide alerts for when they need to be taken.[11]
