The Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation (ORHF) is working to build a permanent home for the three(SP 4449, SPS 700 and OR&N 197) steam locomotives owned by the city of Portland ORHF's stated mission is to 1. Secure a permanent home for the city of Portland Steam locomotives 2.Preserve the Brooklyn Roundhouse 3. Establish a Railroad and Industrial Heritage Museum
