HUNK² Underwear & Swimwear is an American company that manufactures and sells men's fashion underwear and swimwear. The brand is well known for its "Swimsquared" product line, which features reversible swim briefs and trunks, which brightly colored one one side and have thematic patterns on the other one. In 2015, HUNK² released its first line of reversibles. Other products include niche underwear for the gay and metrosexual market, jockstrap underwear and beach swimwear.[1]

The company was founded in 2015. Early on, HUKk² became a leading designer brand in the concept of minimalist branding. Small logos and narrow color palettes are the main features of HUNk² minimalist fashion underwear[3]
In 2016, the company started using models that were out of the usual standards of models typically used in fashion underwear and swimwear campaigns. The brand's purpose was to construct its image around the idea that fashion underwear is not intended only for men with perfect bodies, aiming to make any stylish man comfortable in their skin. [4]
In 2018, the company expanded into the competitive swimwear market and began manufacturing high fashion men's swimsuits under the brand name Swimsquared by HUNK² - named for its to rhyme with the "Squared" number 2 of the brand.[5]
In the 2019, HUNK² introduced its first line of reversible, "sunga style", square-cut trunks. A line of reversible trunks without a pouch. These trunks were created inspired in the popular brazilian style of men's swimwear known as sunga. HUNK² continues manufacturing and selling men's underwear products such as jockstraps, briefs, and thongs, while maintaining production of swimsuits.[6]
HUNK² is expected to launch it's new collection " Luxurious Neon" by 4Q 2019.
Reversible Swimwear[edit]
HUNK² began has launched successful social media campaigns featuring its reversibles with nature inspired prints and bold colors for a more versatile use. The concept of reversibles has been around in the women's swimwear wold, but HUNK² took a bold step by bringing the concept to the men's segment and combining it with fashion-forward designs[7]
