Mohammad Boroughani, is one of hundreds Detainees of the Mahsa Amini protests in 2022(1401 Persian Calender) in Iran. He born in 2003, is one of the arrested youngsters in the recent Iran revelation. He was arrested in mid-October. He has been charged with an act against God and sentenced to death by hanging in only two court sessions. He is a worker who had to support his family and sister financially.

Court:

Mohammad was charged with an act against God in court, judged by Abolghasem Salavati. Salavati, in his words, has been responsible for over 1300 death by hanging sentences. Mohammad Boroughani could not access the lawyer he wanted, and the court procedure was not done to the full extent of the law. He is charged with execution because he participated in the Pakdasht protest by an invitation message from his friend. He was sentenced to death in his second trial session.

Responses:

Martin Diedenhofen, a representative of the Social Democratic Party of Germany, has announced that she will use all measures and efforts to prevent the threat of the death penalty against him.
