Birth

Nicky p was born on christmas in 1990. Ironically his last name means christmas in the Philippeans. So some consider him the second coming of jesus. At the age of one, someone introduced him to weed. He became addicted to the substance and would later be put into jail because of the addiction.

Teenage years

Nicky P was the victim of many violent acts. He was raped many times, and had been casturated. Which was probably one of the worst things to happen to this young man. He didn't let it get to him though. He started to drink at a young age because of the troubles he had been put through. He later had a bad batch of acid. Which people say was where he was corrupted. He started to believe in Satan and all his powers. He then started the United Republic for Satanic People. Or better known as the U.R.S.P.

U.R.S.P

Nicky P was the self- proclaimed President of this organization. It started with very few numbers, but as time grew sao did the following. Many people started to follow the beliefs of this young man. In order to become a member they would have to shave their heads, grow a beard, and donate 20 dollars to the temple. Which in later years was removed because the people idnt believe that the money wasn't going to the temple but rather to Nicky P's pocket. There is a rumor that Dave Chappell is a member of the temple.

Currently

He is currently spendin time in jail. He was accused of making dogs fight. He was reported by a local librarian. He will be up for parole in August of 2010. When asked Mr. Hays said that the man had done meth out of a lightbulb. Mr. Hays thinks thats what caused Nicky P to start making dogs fight. But the authorities have not confirmed what made him do it. Many believ that Nicky P is innocent. There is a group being started to try to get Nicky set free for the crime he was accused of but never committed.
