Biography[edit]

Tallebois studied at the Lycée Jean-Macé in Vitry-sur-Seine and then at the Institute for Political Studies in Paris. After having occupied several local administrative positions, she joined the National School of Administration (ENA) in 2020.

Seine-Maritime's 4th constituency[edit]

Laurent Fabius:

Member of the National Assembly of France for Seine-Maritime (4th constituency) : 1978–81 (Became minister in 1981) / 1986–2000 (Became minister in 2000) / 2002–12 (Became minister in 2012). Elected in 1978, re-elected in 1981, 1986, 1988, 1993, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012. He was replaced by his deputy Guillaume Bachelay in 2012.
