Raja Rani Joker (English: Tamil) is an upcoming Tamil comedy film directed by debutante director Brindha.[1] The film will feature Mohan and Priyanaka in lead roles.[2] The film is expected pretty soon, probably in early 2013.[3]

Casting[edit]
Initially "RRJ" was announced as a project which would have Jai in lead role but the project did not take off.[4] In May, Mohan announced that he has signed 'Raja Rani Joker', a comedy caper which will be helmed by newbie Brindha under the banner S.S.movie.|title=Mohan signs 'Raja Rani Joker' with S.S.movie! Priyanka was roped in to play Mohan love interest in the film.[5] To be produced by Manoj of S.S.movie , Shakthi handled the camera and S. Thaman joined mohan as composer. Almost of the movie is complete and there is a new addition to the cast list as Jai is set to play a guest role in this film..[6] ]] .[6]
Filming[edit]
The shooting of firstlook teaser and photoshoot of the film was completed in Hyderbad on 18th june 2012.[7] The director Brindha has planned to release the firstlook teaser shortly.[8] The first schedule of this movie will start from 23June 2012.[9] Few scene were shot near Dubai and furthermore held at S.R.M college with a set of the college was shot in a college . The living room sequences were shot in production house, T Nagar and the rest were shot in a house.</ref>[10] The scene where Mohan and Priyanka watches Thuppaki was shot in Mayajala.</ref>
