How it's done on Wikipedia[edit]
Taking Wikipedia as an example...
- History of article - basically the author list
- User:Kwamikagami - recent editor - can see their contributions (for each language Wikipedia e.g. es; also for other projects e.g. commons)
- Can see list of authors - and article statistics
- Individual stats for a single contributor: WikiDashboard, SUL
- Physical book: author list
... same applies to any other MediaWiki install. Wikimedia accounts (mostly) linked, similar Wikia - others probably not (lots of open silos).

- Microattribution (article needs writing - any volunteers?)
- It could just be done here, in place, IMO. Mainly it needs a definition and a clarification about the relationship to nanopublications (and maybe altmetrics), the rest will probably follow from the references.
