Introduction[edit]

Mass Frontier is proprietary softwatr package aimend to collect, analyse, anotate and interpret mass spectrometry data.

Features[edit]

On of the main features of Mass Frontier is the fragmentation library collection, which encompasses more than 10.000 fragmentation pathways from reviewed journals. The use of sophisticated algorithm enables the user to reconstruct the complete fragmentation of studied molecule, which significantly enhances the interpretation of the spectra. It relies on several algorithms, as neural network. in the fragmentation processing implementation, the fragments and molecules are represented as graphs, which simplifies fragmentation processes as alpha cleavage and hydrogen rearrangement.

Applications[edit]

Mass Frontier is used in a broad range of applications from biochemistry [1]
