My name is Mayur Punekar. I born and brought up in Vadodara, India. My mother tongue is Marathi but I also speak Gujarati, Hindi & English fluently. I can also converse in German.

I am graduate student at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany in Electrical Engineering department. My research interest lies in Error correcting codes in general. I am worked on Finite Geometry LDPC codes for some time in 2006-2007. Afterwards, I developed Hardware Simulation platform to simulate Error-Floor of LDPC codes. Currently I am working on Linear Programming decoding of linear block codes.

My other interest includes History, Politics, Economics, Linguistics, Philosophy, Spirituality and Natural & Engineering Sciences.
