Mark O. Lambert is a lawyer, writer, author, editor, publisher, film producer, television personality, long-time political activist, former lobbyist and former member of the Iowa Utilities Board (the public utilities commission in Iowa) from 2001-2005, where he became known as a national expert on renewable energy policy. Lambert owns and operates Hidalgo Publishing Company, a small press publishing house. He is the editor of "Adventure Mystery Tales, Volume #1" a collection of "modern pulp" stories. Lambert earned a certificate in Paralegal Studies from International Correspondence Schools (Scranton, PA) a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College (Albany, NY), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law (Iowa City, IA).
