The Div-Net.com is a website consisting of a network of investors focused on dividend investing, value investing and a long-term buy and hold philosophy. The membership consists of founding members, charter members and core members.

The core members are responsible for maintaining and administering The Dividend Investing & Value Network. The associate member consists of bloggers that are interested in dividend investing, value investing and long-term buy and hold philosophy. It is a member ran website consisting of core members original best articles of the day, either theirs or one submitted by an associate member.
