The College Editors Guild of the Philippines (CEGP) is the oldest and broadest alliance of tertiary student publications in the Asia-Pacific region. CEGP was founded on July 25, 1931 in original site of Ateneo de Manila University in Intramuros, Manila by four student publications: Philippine Collegian of the University of the Philippines, The Guidon of the Ateneo de Manila University, The Varsitarian of the University of Santo Tomas, and The National of the National University.
Collegian editor Wenceslao Vinzons became the first president of the organization.
