Neo Jeremiah Makwa (born 16 September 1991 in Free State), also known as makwa6eats, is a South African recording artist and record producer. His debut single Intwe Right was released November 2013. He is currently signed to Urbantainment label and media company, "Urbantainment".
Early life[edit]
makwa6eats grew up in Katlehong in Johannesburg, the capital city of the Gauteng province. He attended high school at Cladelton Internatioal College and later at Parklands High School. In school, he was athletic as he partook in various sports activities including football. He passed his matric in 2009 and after high school he went to CTU College only for a "day", and after that he never went back to tertiary to further his studies any more "i told my mother that it's time i chase my dreams which I believe it is going to work out, rather than keeping it safe and regret it my whole life." He's been doing music till this day.
Musical career[edit]
2006–14: Early beginnings[edit]
In 2007 he started djying. He then formed a rap group in 2012 AMG (auditory music group) him as a producer, which disbanded. He the produced on his own leasing beats on the internet, he the met with LTech at a gig in Tsholo Sec "Easy by Night" then they made music and mixtapes after that. in 2013 makwa6eats remixed KwestaDakar single BoomShakalaka, He got recognition from that by many people ad KwestaDakar him self. the people started contacting him wanting beats. in 2013 he joined a group which was formed by LTech and his friend MicTrouble "TLT amazing", he then recorded his first "hip hop" single "Intwe Right" which got over 4k downloads on the net and gained him a lot of fan base, then in 2014 KwestaDakar asked for to remix the track and they did it. The "Track" got makwa6eats and his friends "TLT amazing" signed to Urbantainment "KwestaDakar's" label.
2013–present: Ecradini, Bhalile and I Told YouTLT amazing [1] [2], & KingSpeeechKwestaDakar[edit]
In 2013, he produced KwestaDakar's single "freestyle" as the first official freestyle single that trended 10 days on Twitter internationally on the 10th day. [3] [4] [5] He was also featured by eenmcloud monomosly known as Mandla *Big brother Mzansi 2014 winner * Tv presenter(Please Call Me) *DSTV #LocalMix ambassador☆ZodwasSon [6]
