Agata Dmoch (born in Wrocław in Poland) is an entrepreneur and a solicitor.

Agata graduated in law from the University of Westminster in 2007. She completed her LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham in February 2010 and a training contract with a law firm in the Midlands. On 1 September 2011 Agata was admitted as a Solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales.

In the meantime Agata was accepted to Aston Business School's MBA (top 100 MBAs in the World), where she was awarded the title of “Aston 100” - a title awarded to Aston students for extraordinary achievements.

In September 2009 Agata founded a non-profit organisation - Midlands Polish Community Centre - a Saturday supplementary school for the Polish Community in the Midlands, currently numbering approx. 300 students. In April 2012 Agata founded Midlands Polish Business Club – a business club, which is currently in discussions at an international level.

In August 2012 Agata was interviewed for the main local evening news – Midlands Today as the Chair of Midlands Polish Business Club and in September 2012 she took part in the BBC2 program “Hilary Devey’s - Women at the Top”.

Agata specialises in commercial/corporate law. In October 2012 she led an acquisition of an aesthetic surgery clinic in Poland of which she is now a part owner.

In December 2012 Agata was nominated for the prestigious Birmingham Law Society Awards in two categories: International Lawyer of the Year and Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year.

On 19 January 2013 Agata was awarded an Honour Award called “Individual of the Year” by the Ambassador of Poland in the UK, His Eminency Witold Sobków, for her extraordinary contributions to the Polish community in the UK and the Polish-British cooperation. She received the above award from the Deputy Prime Minister of Poland – Longin Komołowski.
