BODY: Fueled Communications is the search engine optimization and Internet marketing group within the advertising and public relations firm M/C/C <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MCC>. Located in Dallas, Texas and founded in 1986 by Mike Crawford, M/C/C started its Fueled Communications group in 2005 to provide its existing clients with more effective online marketing.

Fueled serves B2B and B2C clients in communications, manufacturing, consumer electronics, travel, energy, insurance, government, finance, retail, health, security, athletics, arts and entertainment.

BODY: The genesis for Fueled Communications came when M/C/C hired search engine optimization pioneer Steve Plunkett as director of Internet marketing. Plunkett’s Internet experience dates to 1994, when he served as a webmaster for the University of Texas system. Later, in 1996, he launched what today would be called a blog. Continually updating his site with hundreds of links to other websites, Plunkett used his Web page as a test ground for a whole new field of Internet activity – one that is now called search engine optimization.
