About me[edit]

I am a graduate student at Louisiana State University in the lab of Dr. Kyle Harms, studying the mechanisms that drive non-native species invasions. I have a strong interest in conservation biology and the preservation of natural areas.

I completed my undergraduate degree in liberal arts at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY. After working in habitat restoration, I completed a master's degree in forestry from the Department of Renewable Natural Resources at Louisiana State University. I began my Ph.D. in the Department of Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University in fall 2009.

Wikipedia[edit]

I became a Wikipedian in fall 2011 as a Teaching Assistant for Louisiana State University's Conservation Biology course. This is our second year using Wikipedia as an educational tool for this course.
