Audrey and Friends is a British children's animated television series that aired on Channel 5's children's programming blocks Shake![1] and Milkshake! from August 3 to December 27, 2002.[citation needed] The show was animated and produced by Impossible Television.
The adventures of a teenage girl called Audrey and her friends Constance and Meena, who inhabit a modern world of text-messaging, the Internet and medieval love potions.
Plot
[edit]The show revolves around a teenage girl named Audrey with 2 her friends Meena and Constance (who is often called Stan for short). The three girls live in the fictional town of Rudley, and they like to do fun things together such as text-messaging, shopping, gossiping, doing makeovers, going on the internet to search for fun things they like to do, and medieval love potions. Audrey also has a pet dog named Rounball, and a little brother named Toby. She also has two next-door neighbors named Jonny and Dave, who are considered to be Audrey's rivals.

[edit]- Audrey (voiced by Nicola Stapleton in the pilot; voiced by Elly Fairman in the series) - She is sassy, but can be nervous when things go wrong. She wears pink and has blonde hair.
- Meena (originally named as Mona in the pilot) (voiced by Kate O'Sullivan in the pilot; voiced by Marina Niel in the series) - She is cheerful and talkative, but can be selfish and vain sometimes. She wears green and has black hair.
- Constance (voiced by Kate O'Sullivan in the pilot; voiced by Lucinda Chambers in the series) - She is calm, smart, geeky, and tomboyish. She wears purple and has red hair.
